Development
Over the years, our firm has assisted many clients in developing new buildings and redeveloping existing buildings in order to increase asset value, rentable square footage, and price per square foot.
Other projects in our our portfolio include Pacific Square, the Alhambra Regency Plaza, Pacific Medical, Titan Plaza, Regent Plaza, and Huntington Plaza.
In 1983, our firm managed the construction of a custom-built 15,000 square foot building to house the Automobile Club of Southern California San Gabriel Valley Emergency Roadside Assistance Center. The ground floor area was designed and used for a regional customer service center similar to all of the other Auto Club offices. The 2nd floor area was designed and used for a 24-hour per day, seven days per week operation that was capable of handling as many as 1000-phone calls per hour.
In all projects, we completed the development within the estimated budget and under the timeline - to the satisfaction of the owner and the lender. Furthermore, we added national and local chain tenants, rentable square footage, and increased rental rates to each of properties which further increased value to each of the real estate assets.
