Each and every real estate project is unique in its own way, each newly acquired management project is inspected and evaluated by our management team.  This enables us to develop a customized line of services in the areas of operations, maintenance, and accounting for each project.  To ensure the stability of the operations, our team will inspect each project on a regular basis.  This also enables us to maintain a good Landlord-tenant relationship.  The area of operations that we pay special attention to is reducing operating expense and technology. We use the latest property management software for rent collection and vendor payment. This, in turn, saves us operating expenses.
